So How Does It All Work?
Step 1: Arranging a FREE consultation
You make a call or drop me an email to enquire about a free consultation. If you wish you are more than welcome to email more details about your current situation. I am always happy to read through.
Step 2:
The FREE consultation - 30 mins approx.When you arrive please feel free to sit in the waiting area I will be along to greet you and invite to join me in my clinic room.
This is very much informal and relaxed to allow you to feel comfortable.
Everything is in the strictest confidence and it is your time to have someone who really wants to listen and understand where you are right now.
Step 3: Agreeing The Best Way Forward for You
After listening to you, we can discuss your options and consider the right therapy to help you overcome your symptoms and achieve a healthier, happier life. If I don't feel any of the therapies at either Stamford or Grantham Hypnotherapy are in your main interests I will advise on your best course of action. .
If we decide to make a start, I can tell you there and then how many sessions are probable and the fees involved.
IMPORTANT: Rest assured my focus of attention is you and you alone. I may recommend a minimum of 6-8 sessions but it is not a therapy set in stone! We are not using an intellectual and formatted approach and therefore, there have been many clients over the years who have quickly resolved their issues in only a few sessions. My commitment is to you see you move forward in your life – so it will be what it will be, and you are always in control as the client guaranteed.
Step 3: Choosing a Time
If you would like to proceed with my professional hypnotherapy, I will do my best to offer an appointment for the first session to suit your lifestyle.
Step 4: Session 1:
At your first session you will be invited into my clinic room. After a brief chat together, you may lie down on the specialist couch which is hygienically cleaned and has comfortable cushions to ensure you remain completely relaxed, safe and peaceful during our first time together. A comfy chair is available for those who would prefer the option.
Step 5:
How the Therapy Is ProvidedI use specialist headphones to add a quiet and peaceful ambiance to your experience. You can hear my voice very clearly whilst relaxing soothing music is played and we can begin.
Although if you prefer, we don't have to use them and can chat normally it's always your choice.
During the session you can relax and allow yourself to feel safe and secure as I will walk you through everything carefully.
You don't need to worry about anything at all as any nerves or apprehension is perfectly normal and everyone feels like that to begin with.
Remember it is always about you and with a wealtlh of experience behind me, I will ensure you feel very comfortable at all times. My focus is getting you free and moving you on in your life.
Step 6: After Your First Session
Once the session is over it is very normal to feel so relaxed you may even feel everything is fine there and then, but of course we have only just begun! Your experience of the first session is going to be personal to you and and it is important to allow you on your way with a positive sense of achievement. It is my job to keep you posted on progress, and I will do this at every session.
Step 7: Ongoing Sessions
As we meet up more and more, all you need to do is relax and allow me to do all the work. It's a little bit like taking your car for an MOT Are you going to hand the keys over and go and enjoy a little free time, trusting your car will be 'sorted' upon your return? or are you going to stress yourself watching over the mechanics shoulder wondering what he is doing.! I will be taking you through a process which at times may make no real sense to you
and it will be in our close and continuing communication, hurdles like this are overcome and you retain a feeling of being in control.
Step 8: Completion
You are in control at all times and if you feel ready we can call it a day of course though I may well express my advice and recommendations, but only if there is a genuine reason for them.
