Many people suffer needlessly with addictions, confidence issues,
etc., that often become so serious that they ruin friendships and
personal relationships, interfere with their life and work and keep
them from enjoying life without ever seeking help
Yet it doesn't have to be this way.
Hypnotherapy and ‘pure’ hypnoanalysis are highly successful
methods for stopping smoking, treating fears and phobias such as fear
of flying or public speaking, eating disorders, allergies, anxiety,
improving interview performance, releasing negative thought patterns;
a whole range of problems.
Hypnotherapy is a proven method that can provide a rapid and dramatic
improvement to the quality of your life. Professional,
confidential and expert psychological help
Over the years I have come to understand that being a successful hypnotherapist
isn't just about having good training, but is also about helping people
to have hypnotherapy treatment in a place where they feel safe, comfortable,
listened to and most important of all...not judged either for their
presenting symptom, or indeed what we talk about in therapy.
Combining an experienced hypnotherapist and psychotherapist with the
feeling of not being judged creates a powerful therapeutic environment
within which we can work together to make your life better and free
you from your symptoms, once and for all. Contact

Quit
smoking with hypnosis
For the first time in more than 10 years Journal telesales
rep Laura Kendrick-Harrison is a non-smoker after taking a
session of hypnosis as part of National No Smoking
Day.
Laura, 25, took up smoking at the age of 14 and usually gets
through about 15 cigarettes a day. But after a session with
Avenue Road-based hypnotherapist Caroline Hamblin, she's given
it all up.
Caroline uses headphones to create a closed environment between
herself and the client and uses speech and music to induce
a state of hypnosis.
She said: "It's a psychological negotiation -
I challenge the client's view of smoking. I don't accept that
it's a physical addiction, I treat it as a psychological addiction."
Sessions, which usually last for about 90 minutes, are made
up of a mixture of one-to-one discussion and hypnosis.
Lauara said: "I was a bit dubious about it, but
it really seems to have worked."
As well as treating smokers, Caroline can offer help to adults
and children to deal with a variety of anxiety and phobia
problems.
