Avenue Rd is located just off the centre of Grantham running along
the left hand side of the Guildhall. (Large Town Hall)
If
approaching Grantham from the North
Head for the Town Centre following any signs indicating A52 Boston
or Sleaford. Follow the signposts to town centre and proceed along
the High St. You will pass two sets of traffic lights before coming
to a third set with the option of a left hand turn. Take this left
turn passing a large church on your left hand side. Grantham Osteopathic
Clinic is approximately 100 yards further on the left hand side, directly
opposite Avenue Rd Veterinary Centre. There is a large multi storey
car park presently under construction which will provide nearby parking
facilities. In the meantime, please feel free to phone for advice\regarding
town centre parking!
If approaching Grantham from
the South
Head for town centre. Aim for the centre of town and the High Street.
In front of the Guildhall ( Town Hall ) is a large grassy area and
a statue of Sir Isaac Newton. This will be to your right and then
you will come to a set of traffic lights. Get in the right hand lane
and turn right onto Avenue Road passing a large church on your left
hand side. Grantham Osteopathic Clinic is approximately 100 yards
further on the left hand side, directly opposite Avenue Road Hotel.

which will provide nearby parking facilities. In the meantime, please

From A1 south
Take the first sign for Grantham proceeding down South Parade. Go
through the traffic lights and onto St Peters Hill and then onto the
High Street. Keep straight on looking out for the Guildhall, the statue
of Sir Isaac Newton and a grassy area to the right of the High Street.
At the traffic lights get in the right hand lane and turn right onto
Avenue Road passing a large church on your left hand side. Grantham
Osteopathic Clinic is approximately 100 yards further on the left
hand side, directly opposite Avenue Rd Vetinary Centre. There is a
large multi storey car park presently under construction which will
provide nearby parking facilities. In the meantime, please feel free

From
A1 north
Take the first left off the Gonerby Moor Roundabout, passing through
Great Gonerby village and descending into Grantham along North Parade.
Head for Town Centre/A52 Boston.. Follow the signposts to town centre

If approaching Stamford from the south of the town
Head for the town centre proceeding along St Martins, past the famous
George Hotel on the left hand side. Go over the River Welland turning
right at the traffic lights in the direction of the A16. You are now
on Wharf Rd which will continue to curve to the left. The road bears
sharply left and directly on your left will be St Leonards Street.
About 200 yards along this on the left hand side is a small Pay and
Display car park. Olive Branch Yard is across the road from this and
next to a Watchmakers. Proceed through the gates and 3D can be found
on the right of the yard halfway down.
If approaching
Stamford from the north of the town
Head for the town centre before picking up signposts for AI south
/ A16 (this will be to your left) Proceed along Wharf Rd and on a
sharp left hand turn, ahead of you will be St Leonards Street. Turn
into this and 200 yards along this on the left hand side is a small
Pay and Display car park. Olive Branch Yard is across the road from
this and next to a Watchmakers. Proceed through the gates and 3D can
be found on the right of the yard halfway down.
From
A1 South
At roundabout take the second exit passing Burghley House on your
right hand side, proceeding along St Martins, past the famous George
Hotel on the left hand side. Go over the River Welland turning right

Olive Branch Yard is only 100 yards from the Town Centre by foot!
The centre of Stamford is a pedestrian precinct. Head for Marks and
Spencer which is located at the top, near to the Town Library. Facing
M&S, turn right and then left onto St Leonards St. You will pass
a Watchmakers and Olive Branch Yard is next to this. Proceed through
the gates and 3D can be found on the right of the yard halfway down.
